Litigation
The area of litigation gives judicial support to all the previously mentioned sectors as follows:
• Court representation and assistance in all areas of Commercial and Civil Law, such as disputes over contracts, torts or for any other reason (rent, mortgage, trademarks, patents, industrial property, copyright, unfair competition, application for credit in bankruptcies and composition with creditors) at all jurisdictional levels;
• Ratification of foreign sentences, including arbitration decisions, compliance with letters rogatories and appeals being processed in the Superior Court of Justice and Federal Supreme Court;
• Representation in all courts of the country.
